Mrs Ramona Bundrock

Head of Secondary

ECC Gem Since 2023

GradCert School Leadership & Management,  B.Learn.Mgmt. or B.LM, Dip. Biblical Studies,

AssocDip Business Mgmt.

Ramona Bundrock came to know the saving grace of Jesus Christ over 30 years ago in a small church at Golden Beach, Caloundra. She raised her four children under the preaching of God’s Word and within Christian schools, fostering a strong foundation of faith in their lives. Ramona’s love for the Lord has been evident in her service to Christian education across Rockhampton, Atherton, Brisbane, and Emerald. Since 2003, she has faithfully contributed her time and talents as a volunteer parent reader, tuckshop convenor, and teacher aide. God then led her to pursue an Education degree, which opened the door to serving as a high school teacher in Rockhampton—a role she embraced as a ministry to teach students about God.

In 2021, Ramona was called to the role of Senior School Coordinator at a Christian school in Brisbane, where she felt blessed to guide senior students through Years 11 and 12, preparing them for pathways to university, TAFE, or the workforce. Ramona is passionate about creating a positive Christian school culture, developing curriculum, organising incursions and work experience placements, mentoring educators, and building strong relationships with colleagues.

Now serving as the Head of Secondary at Emerald Christian College under GEMS Christian Education, Ramona is driven by a desire to change lives, instil God’s love in others, and foster academic excellence for students seeking to grow in both faith and knowledge. She is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in School Leadership and Management, further equipping her to lead and inspire within a Christ-centred school environment.
