At Emerald Christian College, we welcome families seeking Christ-centred education in a supportive and engaging learning environment. Our enrolment process is straightforward and personalised, ensuring that every student is set up for success.
ECC Enrolment Process

1. Submit an Enquiry or Book a Tour
We encourage families to visit the College to experience the learning environment, meet staff, and explore our facilities. We encourage families to book a tour to experience the College firsthand or enquire about enrolment to learn more about joining ECC.​​​

2. Complete the Application Form
Families interested in enrolling will need to submit a completed application form for each child along with:

Copy of birth certificate

Recent school reports

NAPLAN results (if applicable)

Specialist reports (if applicable)

Formal court orders or separation agreements (if applicable)

Visa documents (if applicable)
Once complete, submit the form via email to enrolments@ecc.qld.edu.au or drop it off in person at the College Office.

3. Pay the Enrolment Fee
A non-refundable $50 application fee is payable upon submission of the application. Bank details for payment:

4. Application Review & Interview Invitation

Our team will review your application and may request additional information.

If successful at the application stage, families will be invited to an interview with the Executive Principal or a College Leadership Team member.

Please note: An interview does not guarantee a place; it is part of the assessment process.

5. Offer of Enrolment & Acceptance
If your application is unsuccessful, you will be notified in writing as soon as possible.​ If successful, you will receive a Letter of Offer via email.
To accept the offer, families must:

Return the signed Enrolment Contract.

Submit any additional required documents (if applicable).​
The due date for acceptance will be stated in the offer letter.

EnglishEarly Literacy, Phonics, Speaking & Listening: Through the Sound Waves program, students develop strong foundational literacy skills, including phonemic awareness, letter recognition, and early reading strategies. Interactive storytelling, songs, and shared reading experiences help build confidence in speaking, listening, and comprehension, ensuring students develop a love for language from the very start.

MathematicsNumbers, Patterns, Measurement, Spatial Awareness: Our Hands-On Maths approach ensures students develop number sense through real-world experiences, manipulatives, and interactive activities. Using engaging resources and play-based learning, students explore patterns, shapes, measurement, and basic problem-solving while building a strong foundation for future numeracy skills.
