Mrs Ramona Bundrock - Head of SecondaryRamona Bundrock came to the saving grace of Jesus Christ over 30 years ago in a tiny church at Golden Beach, Caloundra. She raised her four children under the preaching of the Word and in Christian schools. Ramona's love for the Lord has extended to serving in Christian school settings spanning Rockhampton, Atherton, Brisbane and Emerald. Since 2003, Ramona has contributed her time and talents as a volunteer parent reader, tuckshop convenor and teacher aide. The Lord then led her to study for an Education degree and used her as a high school teacher in Rockhampton. This was a ministry Ramona used to teach students about God.
In 2021, God placed Ramona in the position of Senior School Coordinator in a Christian school in Brisbane. She felt blessed to be given the opportunity to guide senior students through Year 11 and 12 and onto university, TAFE or work. Ramona is also passionate about creating a positive Christian school culture, curriculum writing, coordinating incursions and work experience placement for students, mentoring educators and building relationships with colleagues. Ramona comes to GEMS Christian Education as Head of Secondary at Emerald Christian College. She has a strong desire to change lives, instill God's love in others and build an academic excellence that our students are seeking. Ramona is currently studying for a Graduate Certificate in School Leadership and Management in a post graduate capacity. |
