Board Chair


Tony Harrold - Non-executive Member since 2001 and is currently the Company Board Chair.  Tony is married with three children.  He has 12 years experience as a Practicing Accountant in Emerald, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), and Graduate Diploma of Accounting.  In addition to his school commitments Tony, together with his wife, operates a beef cattle enterprise and is Senior Minister with Christian Covenant Community.

Sonia Burton - Non-executive Member since 2001.  Sonia is married to Guy. They have four children and own and operate a beef cattle property.  Sonia has a Bachelor of Business (HRM) a Graduate Diploma in Education (Sec), and is a registered teacher with Qld College of Teachers.  Sonia holds the position of Children's Pastor in her local Church.

Olga Kirk - Non-executive Member and current Secretary.  Olga is an Elder at the Christian Covenant Community, a local church in Emerald.  Olga has previously worked as a social worker in Emerald and holds a Social Workers Degree and Community Welfare Degree.  Olga and her husband David have five adult children and a number of grandchildren.
