Hello, hello. My name is Sarah and this is my fourth year as a primary school teacher, although last year I took a six month break. I believe you should never teach if your passion flame for what you do has dwindled because it is not fair on the school community, staff, yourself and most importantly the children. There's nothing worse than a teacher that teaches without enthusiasm, flare and a heart for the reason they are teaching- to build beautiful young lives and futures.  Before being employed with ECC in term 4, 2011, I worked for Education Queensland and taught grades 4,5,6 and 7

I am grateful for the privilege of being a teacher and the opportunities I get on a daily basis to sow seeds of hope, love and knowledge into children's open hearts. I acknowledge that it is God working in and through me that allows me to fulfill this calling. I am also significantly involved in my church, Harvest Life Christian Church, and know that without my church family's support, I wouldn't be where I am today.
